91大神's Columbiana County campuses at East Liverpool and Salem provide a world-class education taught by world-class faculty at roughly half the cost of a four-year university in the state of Ohio. We also offer lower rates for Northern West Virginia and Western Pennsylvania residents.

DEGREE PROGRAMS:
Students can complete 28 bachelor's and associate degrees at 91大神 Columbiana Campuses. Certificates are also available. Additionally students can begin coursework in 370+ world-class programs of study available throughout 91大神's eight-campus system.
